Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Our regular shipping partners are Australia Post and Sendle. For any delivery estimates to your location, we highly encourage you to check via the Australia Post or Sendle website.
RILANÉA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping within Australia & New Zealand
Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 8 business days.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.
Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 4 business days.
We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.
International Shipping (Select Countries)
This category applies to orders shipping to the United States, Canada, UK, Ireland, Sweden, Major Europe countries, and Asia-Pacific Orders.
Standard International Shipping: $20.00 AUD
Estimated delivery time: 6 to 27 business days.
We offer Free Standard International Shipping on all orders over $200 AUD.
Express International Shipping: $35.00 AUD Estimated delivery time: 3 to 14 business days.
International Shipping (Rest of the World)
For all other international destinations not listed above, the following flat rates apply.
Standard International Shipping: $25.00 AUD
Estimated delivery time: 10 to 30 business days.
Express International Shipping: $45.00 AUD
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 15 business days.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All prices listed on our website are exclusive of customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Any applicable duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees will be payable upon receipt of your order. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office prior to making any purchase for an estimate of potential charges.

What do I do if I enter the wrong address?
If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP by emailing hello@rilanea.com with your name and order number. If we have not sent your order yet, we can easily change your address. We will do our absolute best to action this request prior to your item being shipped, but we cannot guarantee the change.
