  2. Lightly dispense powder along each part where oil control is needed. Leave for 30 seconds.
  3. Massage into the scalp to refresh and lift. Repeat as desired for optimal texture and volume.
  4. Finish by brushing through or blending with fingers. To increase powder flow, gently tip the bottle upside down. Do not shake.
